About me

Hello and welcome! I’m Eleanor (she/her), a Clinical Psychologist providing therapy to adults using a broad range of therapeutic methods tailored to individual needs. I have been a practicing Psychologist for over ten years and have worked in a range of settings, including private practice, inpatient and outpatient.

Having lived experience of belonging to marginalized communities, I understand the importance of operating from an anti-oppressive and trauma informed framework, as well as the need for therapy to be culturally sensitive and appropriate.

My therapeutic approach is relational, collaborative, and respectful of your agency, experiences and inner life. I believe that healing requires safety, and I am committed to providing a safe place within therapy for my clients to show up as they are without fear of judgment.

As a therapist, my clients know me to be warm, informal, and curious.

I am also a Board-approved Supervisor and offer clinical supervision to Psychologists.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my cat, watching horror movies, and playing video games.
