Information for Referrers

Thank you for considering Eleanor Tan Psychology as a referral option for your patients. We provide evidence-based care for adult individuals experiencing distress, and we prioritise clear communication and collaboration with other healthcare providers to support the best possible outcomes.

We aim to contact all referred patients within 3 business days of receiving the referral, and you will be informed when your patient attends their initial appointment.

You can refer patients to us by providing your patient with a copy of their Mental Health Care Plan and asking them to contact Eleanor Tan Psychology directly at +61 469 302 515 or via email at admin.eltpsychology@gmail.com.
